Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

“CostQuora is committed to providing authoritative, high-value financial advisory, tax strategy, and virtual CFO leadership built on complete transparency and accountability.”

Because our professional offerings involve specialized professional hours, strategic analysis, tax planning models, and custom financial deliverables, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines, terms, and conditions under which client service engagements, Retainers, and project fees are handled at CostQuora (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

01

Transparent Fee Structures

All engagement fees, retainer terms, and project scopes are explicitly detailed prior to onboarding.

02

Service Scope Flexibility

Monthly recurring retainers can be paused, adjusted, or canceled according to specified agreement notice periods.

03

Deliverable Accountability

Work completed prior to cancellation is calculated and billed against active retainers or initial deposits.

04

Dispute Resolution

Dedicated executive review process to address service concerns or scope adjustments amicably.

Engagement Terms & Eligibility

Our policy accounts for the specialized work and human capital dedicated to each advisory relationship.

Advisory & Project Deposits:

Initial engagement deposits or fixed-fee project payments secure allocated advisory time and proprietary financial modeling. Deposits are non-refundable once formal onboarding or financial analysis has commenced.

Monthly Recurring Retainers (Virtual CFO & Bookkeeping):

Subscription or retainer-based services may be canceled by providing a 30-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Unused days within an active, prepaid billing period are non-refundable.

Tax Strategy & Compliance Filings:

Completed tax returns, filed extensions, and finalized tax strategy frameworks are non-refundable once work product or documents have been transmitted or filed with regulatory tax authorities.

Refund Request Mechanics

Review the protocol for managing cancellations, service adjustments, and dispute inquiries.

Refund Evaluations
Service Guarantees

Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing retainer or pause project scope must submit a written request to billing@costquora.com or notify their assigned lead Virtual CFO in accordance with the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

In the rare instance where a refund is deemed appropriate (such as billing overcharges or duplicate payments), funds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days following formal executive approval.

If a client is unsatisfied with a specific deliverable, CostQuora commits to reviewing and revising the analysis within the original project scope to meet enterprise expectations before any final fee determination.

Commercial Loan Consultation Policy

Fees associated with commercial loan packaging, credit underwriting preparation, and debt structuring are billed for advisory consulting services rendered. Loan approvals remain subject to third-party institutional lending underwriters; therefore, advisory fees are non-contingent upon loan approval outcomes and are non-refundable once capital presentation decks are compiled.

Billing Support & Inquiries

CostQuora reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary to reflect evolving regulatory practices or service structures. For billing questions or policy clarifications, please contact our financial operations team via our contact page or directly at billing@costquora.com.
